Give Séx The Right Priority and Enjoy A Good Relationship

Do you know how much hugging and cuddling your partner needs before and after intercourse? How about the séxual fantasies each partner nurtures? Paying a little attention to our séx life may be all it takes to transform it to an intense experience. Couples put lots of efforts into their career, friendship and parenting -they read books and improve on all other areas in their lives. Well, that is not a bad idea at all. But good séx requires the same level of learnt information and attention, which means making time for séx matters a lot.

Hug each other for 20 seconds each day and flirt with each other. Even when there isn't time for séx, make sure your mate knows you want to have one with him or her at any possible time. Leave a romantic message on your partner's phone or e-mail. Daydream about making love to your spouse while doing the laundry, dishes, and while at work or during your free time and so on. Once in a while, while getting ready for bed, light a scented candle and play romantic music on the radio or CD player. This is one of the best firework stimulants. Anytime the opportunity arises, give your spouse a one-minute shoulder rub. Go as far as renting a romantic movie and watch it together after the children might have retired to their rooms. One of the secrets of séxual firework is that the fervour, closeness and passion must never be taken for granted because one in three men wishes their wives were better in bed...

Be generous outside of the bedroom with foot rubs, shoulder rubs and loving words. Little signs of affection can build up and put you both in a mood that you weren't necessarily expecting. Do you bathe together? It is not a bad idea before bed time, seeing the glistening body of each other is not only séxy; it sparks raw fire. No harm happens to the marriage union when partners play together. It helps keep the mind fit, relieves stress and provides opportunity to work as life partners. It builds camaraderie and spices things up in the bedroom.
Note that while playing together, wives should remember to put on seductive underwear. Most men like those attractive colours, especially the ones that are seductively designed.

Don't forget to break away from the children's grip and everyday life chores by eloping out once or twice a year; it enables couples to loosen up and focus on themselves once in a while. Go ahead, become each other's baby and share yester-years' stories. Remember you can't sit around waiting for someone to make you happy, and that goes for séxual happiness too. When there is a raise in salary, the arrival of a new car or something new and special happens in the family, you can think up an extraordinary way of celebrating it.

Pay yourselves compliments as ladies expect and need compliments as much as men. If he knows that you think he's séxy, he'll try harder in bed to please you and prove that you' re right. With one compliment a week, firework flame comes alive.

In all you do as a couple, put séx first because there is no substitute for séx. Let it top your day-to-day priority. It's harder to find time together when the children are either toddlers or teenagers-they stay up later than you do and most times know what you are up to. So, sometimes you have to put your relationship first before the children; that could mean sneaking into the visitor's room, the pent house or the master bedroom bathroom to have a short warm séxual escapade together. And it's worth it. The fact remains that when these children are long gone, it is what both of you practise now that you will continue to do. So, don't ignore your day-to-day activities and hide-and-seek-game. If both of you are not séxually naughty now, you may both bore yourselves to death when they [the kids] are long gone.

It is of topmost importance to husbands to know that their wives need them séxually. And these husbands want to come home to a 'pure' outlet. It does not matter if the wife is pregnant, nursing a baby or has reached menopause. Sensitivity and compromise must be a watchword here.

As far as a man is concerned, séxual relationship with their wives is more of physical and emotional tranquiliser; it enables them to relax afterwards. They solve life issues better subsequently after séx, become calm and relaxed. A séxually fulfilled man is a better giver, better lover and a better dad.

Therefore, pregnant and nursing wives should know that the séxual desire of their husbands is basically a matter of hormonal functions and regulations. It is also ever-present and they need the physiological release. So, when a wife at any stage of motherhood maintains an enthusiastic séxual interaction in the marriage relationship, her husband feels more secured and desirable as he grows older. Such husbands are better fathers, providers and home makers. In all you do, put séx first if you want the firework back!!!

Why election rigging will never stop - Former INEC official - DailyPost Nigeria

LASU: Time to award respectable degrees

LASU

Let us start with a frank admission: degrees awarded by the Lagos State University, LASU, are anything but respected. Employers recruit graduates of this university, like their counterparts from other state-owned universities in Nigeria, if there are no candidates with certificates from first generation universities or from other federal universities or from private universities like Covenant, Babcock and Madonna. A doctoral degree from LASU is unlikely to earn a person an academic position at the neighbouring University of Lagos, UNILAG. This is how much diplomas from state universities in Nigeria are discriminated against.

In the last few years, LASU has been in the class of community colleges in the United States where education has been virtually free, but unfortunately its diplomas (degrees and certificates) scarcely secure employment for the holders except in a few government establishments. What some clever Nigerian parents and guardians do is to send their children and wards to community colleges in the United States for the first two years in order to save costs and then find them admission into proper universities to complete their four-year bachelor programmes. These parents and guardians know that it is easy to get jobs with degrees from community colleges as it is to find a needle in a haystack. People living in Lagos with LASU certificates have been going to UNILAG, Covenant and Babcock to obtain higher degrees in order to enhance their chances of employment. Dr Reuben Abati, the Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Media and Publicity, holds a LASU Bachelor of Laws degree, but this is hardly disclosed in any of his academic citations; rather what we see in his curriculum vitae is that he obtained bachelor's and research degrees from the University of Calabar and the University of Ibadan.

The Lagos State Government could have chosen the convenient and easy route to the LASU problem by merely continuing with the status quo. That is, it could have continued with the populist system of charging students a paltry N25,000 yearly as school fee. This would have made the government win some cheap popularity. After all, ours is a democracy where everything, no matter how sacred, is seen always in terms of electioneering campaign. But the government chose to do the right thing. A little over two years ago, the state administration reviewed the school fee, with prospective students wishing to study certain courses now required to pay higher than some others. The upward review was prompted by the fact that the allocation to the university was grossly inadequate to meet the growing financial challenges of running a university, especially one which is light years away from competing with other global institutions in the 21st century.

The decision did not go down well with a lot of students and even lecturers, even though the government stated unequivocally that the decision would not affect those already studying at LASU. After the initial brouhaha, the matter was resolved. Academic studies and programmes have been going on well. But two years down the line, the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has been threatening fire and brimstone over LASU fees. Speaking a few days ago at the University of Ibadan where Education Rights Campaign organised a symposium, ASUU National President declared that the union would not accept the new school fees, saying that the government should establish universities for knowledge acquisition, and not profit making. Ever since the declaration, some activists like Dr Ademola Aremu, the ASUU National treasurer, have been beating the war drum against the state government. This action has led a number of pundits to conclude that a handful of ASUU members are itching for a showdown. In a country where university lecturers have just ended a strike which lasted a whole five months it would be unthinkable that any person, let alone a stakeholder in the education industry, should be enthusiastic to disrupt the academic programme of any tertiary institution.

According to the ASUU, the new school fees have caused a reduction in the student population which could, in turn, affect the number of courses available. In other words, some ASUU members are afraid that they could become redundant, and this could result in their disengagement. Put succinctly, the ASUU activists are acting out of self interest, and not out of a deep concern for the common good. Much as it is recognised that ASUU is a trade union, we expect it to sometimes display a concern for the good of all in society. For instance, ASUU fights for the welfare of members by all means possible, but has never bothered about such factors as sex for marks, outright demand for bribes by teachers from students and sale of handouts which contribute to a large extent to the ongoing ruination of the Nigerian university system.

ASUU should worry about the unjustifiable expansion of programmes in our tertiary institutions. Why is it that no sooner is a university established in Nigeria that it begins to carry out postgraduate programmes, including doctoral ones? In the United States, for example, there are first class institutions over 100 years old like Boston College which do not award PhDs. Amherst College in Massachusetts where the annual school fee of an undergraduate student is over $33,000 is the alma mater of the world famous Nobel prize winner in Economics, Joseph Stigler, yet it does not run PhD courses. In fact, some great American higher institutions do not run even master's degree programmes. It is, therefore, very sad to see newly established state and private universities in Nigeria award postgraduate degrees. ASUU should protest against such practices. It is a far more noble thing to do than to be obsessed with the pecuniary interests of members, even if it means the country's education system going to the dogs.

The mindset of some ASUU members is unfortunately irreconcilable with the true demands and challenges of 21st century higher institutions. The ASUU National Treasurer, for instance, has been saying that universities are no business organisations. Of course, universities are not always for profit making. But what his statement reveals is a failure to acknowledge that the world is now in an era where the gown and the town meet, unlike in the past when, as a result of our British colonial heritage, the university was far removed from society.

American professors and researchers have always been encouraged to work closely with the industry, that is, to engage in what we call in Nigeria private practice. Consequently, they make money for themselves and for their institutions. In this connection, LASU should benefit from its location in Nigeria's commercial centre of Lagos to engage in research for companies. Its medical microbiology department, for instance, can conduct rewarding research for companies like Nigerian Breweries and Guinness. Its School of Management and College of Engineering can earn considerable income by working for several local and multinational firms.

ASUU must come to terms with the fact that the time for cheap populism is over. LASU needs all the money it can generate to become a respectable institution. It must produce credible certificates, and not fanciful degrees not worth the paper on which they are written.

The 10 Real Tips To Becoming A Rich Man Like Dangote

I was recently called to approve of a very handsome advertising offer from the D. Group in a magazine I edit. It was really good money. I told the online magazine to politely reject the offer. It will be better we stay broke and poor than partake in his filthy wealth and lose our principles and dignity, I told them.

On one condition can we accept to run his ads — if he promises to reduce the extortive price of cement for all Nigerians by just 20%, we will run his ads for free for him for one whole year.
Nigerians have a problem. We praise and appraise anyone with wealth without realizing and questioning the source of their wealth...whether or not it is from our inheritance and stolen from our suffering and dying parents. This sycophancy and celeb-worship renders us — as a society — hopeless, worthless, denuded and condemned to a second-class life of misery, begging and poverty.
To explain my position, I here present the 10 secrets to being a successful Dangote, the true edition:

...The problems Nigeria faces today with the oligopolistic cabal were faced by the United States earlier in its history with the Robber barons and the rise and wars of the labour unions. One only hopes and prays that Nigerians wake-up now, and Nigeria will not be saved from its Robber barons by a tortuous and arduous, bloody and luck-dependent process as happened in the United States. If you know our government is evil, what do you call the cabal—who literally own the evil government and work behind the scenes to ensure the government protects their interests and their ventures to our permanent detriment? These same cabal were behind our worst dictators and again selected, sponsored and have been behind our terrible politician regimes including this one...

1. Get a powerful government friend, preferably the President. Aliko Dangote got Obasanjo. Not his second term but since his first term at the head of the government. It was during Obasanjo's military rule in the 70's that their partnership was kindred and Obasanjo first gave Dangote sole-importation rights.

2. Ask your government friend to give you sole importation or manufacture rights. Dangote first got this through Obasanjo in the seventies. Choose an essential commodity, not a luxury. Choose food, cement, roads, cars, mobile phones/internet, anything Nigerians cannot do without so the government can impose your monopoly on the people and they will have no choice. A dollar-a-head multiplied by 168 million Nigerians. Voila! World billionaire!!!

3. Ask your government friend to also give you zero-barest minimum import tariffs on all equipment and materials you wish to import. Dangote practically owns his own ports.

4. Next, get your government friend to promote and secure your company to be the only 'business' allowed to manufacture and sell whatever product you are engaged in. Cement, rice, etc. Dangote according to reports admitted that the Nigerian government once got him to import so much rice, it crashed the local market. Do this and you are on your way to your first billion.

5. Secure your position by sponsoring and collaborating with all governments, military or civilian. When it comes to politics and political parties, as Dangote does, sponsor both sides, whoever will take your dirty money; so whoever wins, your oligopoly is secured.

6. Privatization: Buy state assets at a fraction of the price from your government friends, who are by now secret investors and share-holders in your business. Have the government refurbish these assets for trillions and sell them to you for one-tenth of the price.

7. Kill Competition: Now that you have benefited immensely from the generosity of the government and nation, have the government permanently ban all competition. For instance, ensure that there is now a very high tariff on the import of cement so no one can compete with your monopoly.

8. Be ready to blackmail. Anytime a competitor successfully imports even a single bag of cement, close a small branch of your company and announce in the papers that 1000 workers were laid off/sent to rest because the import of that bag of cement 'crashed prices' and so there will be an unemployment crises. Dangote loves this one. Anytime Yar'Adua or other President pushed him to reduce his exorbitant prices that defied the laws of supply and demand, he quickly temporarily shuts a plant down to blackmail the president with the fictitious unemployment crises.

9. Set your prices triple the price for that commodity before you got involved and triple the global average price. For instance, sell your cement at $12/bag when everywhere in the world it sells for $4-5/bag. Even imported cement sells for $4-5/bag in Nigeria. But since your monopoly is protected by your politician friends in power, you are free to set your prices as you like to crush and deplete the masses of their money while declaring double quarterly profits for your government and foreign share-holders…as Dangote always does. People will believe it is the cost of doing business in Nigeria. Fool them, though you know that every other businessman who likewise does business in Nigeria, competes with global costs, keep declaring your double profits, enjoying cheap labor, free land and no tariffs. Get rich by making your countrymen poor.

10. Keep it running: Stay out of direct politics; do not make the mistake of Abiola. Stay on the sidelines, be the one to choose and sponsor candidates into the parties; publicize yourself as a charitable employer of labor. Keep sponsoring political candidates with back-door deals for them to handover the nation's oil wells, resources, land and the people's pockets to you. Help politicians invest and launder their money.

Two Islamic hadiths that Dangote wannabes can relate to:

Abu Huraira narrated that the Prophet said: A time will come upon the people when one will not care how one gains one's money, legally or illegally. (Bukhari)

It is reported by Jabir that the Prophet said: The flesh and body that is raised on unlawful sustenance shall not enter Paradise. Hell is more deserving to the flesh that grows on one's body out of unlawful sustenance. (Ahmad).

The Dangote business model some are understudying can never make a penny outside Africa. Check his money making ventures—all are local. In America it takes ingenious thinking, brilliant ideas, discipline and skills to become a renowned millionaire. In Nigeria it takes shrewdness, dirty bloody money and corrupt connections.

Unfortunately for those who have been reading the recent out-pour of press by Dangote, supposedly teaching them how to be successful entrepreneurs: know now that your 'teacher' is your worst enemy. Dangote will block you from establishing any business in Nigeria. We all will ultimately soon be his glorified slaves (employees) until and unless a true Nigerian civilian or soldier leader breaks the cabal monopoly. Our current administration as with those in our past, is more evil than is easily seen. We do not notice and there is little press when they lock us in binds to be openly robbed and extorted by the cabal. The government never supports healthy, necessary competition to protect the interests and prosperity of the masses; and the cabal are so heartless they will usurp every advantage given by the desperate and insensitive politicians they bought into office.

Till we are delivered or deliver ourselves from the claws of these government-partner monsters, we must all say no to the cabal. We must avoid their goods as much as we can and patronize competitors even if their prices are a bit higher. It will pay in the long run if we do so. A little hunger today will secure food for our children tomorrow. This is our only chance.

Dora Akunyili Is Seriously Sick Yet Doctors Can't Find Anything

This is why many people don't like fighting for the masses while in office in Nigeria, because the cabal you are fighting will attack you with both physical and spiritual means. Is Dora Akunyili under spiritual attack?
Former minister of Information, Dora Akunyili, is seriously sick and under close medical supervision. Early in the year, it was reported that Madam Akunyili was suffering severe health challenges and was flown abroad for treatment. There were also reports that her husband, Chike Akunyili, had confirmed she was ill.

Her husband, Mr Akunyili, tried to downplay the issue. He had said:
"Yes, she suffered some minor health challenges but she is now okay. She is in the United States. I spoke with her today. What happened was that our son said she should come over and rest. You know all our children are abroad. She will soon return to the country and we will show up in a public gathering. There is a couple that wants us to sponsor their wedding. Both of us will appear in public. She is now okay."
But members of their family are saying her situation is now getting critical...

Madam Akunyili, who did a good job in NAFADAC, fighting her Igbo brothers who are into fake drugs biz, has not been seen in any public event since November 16, 2013. Some of them threatened her openly then.

According to a relative of Mrs Akunyili, who spoke on condition of anonymity, she is currently having serious health challenges. The source said she has been flown to India for treatment but after series of medical tests, the doctors couldn't diagnose the ailment.

"We are deeply concerned about our sister (Prof. Akunyili), her illness defies medical intervention," the family source said. "She has been to India, the doctors could not diagnose her illness. She has visited Pastor Adeboye and yet her illness persists. This is worrisome, and distressing."

Another source who visited her in her home in Abuja confirmed that Dora Akunyili's health is deteriorating.

Tenancy Law not paper tiger: Fashola urges Lagosians claim rights

Governor Raji Fashola

Governor Babatunde Fashola in an upcoming interview with TheNEWS magazine has urged Lagosians to claim their rights as embedded in the tenancy law enacted by his government in 2011.

He said the law was made to protect the citizens against shylock landlords and urged citizens to take advantage of it.

Residents of the state had complained that the law has been a paper tiger and that landlords have not been respecting the provisions, such as collecting not more than three month rent in advance from an existing tenant and not more than a year, from a new tenant.

Governor Raji Fashola

Governor Raji Fashola

Fashola admitted he has heard such complaints, but threw it back to the people to claim their rights: speaks on

"Laws are inactive instruments", he says, 'they become active when people activate them".

He also speaks on the national conference, which began in Abuja on 17 March.
